HIGH SCHOOL EMPOWERMENT OUTREACH – IBADAN, OYO STATE
FutureRise Africa had an impactful empowerment session for secondary school students at Graceland Heights, Ibadan, Oyo State, focused on preparing young minds for the future of work, technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
The session exposed students to the growing opportunities in the digital age, highlighting the importance of innovation, personal development, entrepreneurship, and relevant future-ready skills. Students were inspired to dream bigger, discover their potential, and understand how technology can create opportunities beyond the classroom.
Through engaging discussions, mentorship, and practical insights, participants learned about:
• The future of work and emerging digital opportunities
• Leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurship and building innovative ideas from a young age
• The importance of continuous learning and self-development
